Born and raised in London, UK and having graduated from the University of Manchester, Ellie started her real estate career at 21 as a paralegal in a real estate law firm. She moved to NJ in 2017 and obtained her real estate license where she practiced residential sales alongside real estate administration at a top brokerage in South Jersey. It was here that she realized what she truly loved doing – working in the background with agents, clients and vendors to close the deal! In 2020, TransactionAlly was born. Since then, Ellie has grown the team to continue supporting agents in the South Jersey and Philadelphia areas.

Born and raised in South Jersey, Allie has always been interested in real estate. She graduated from West Chester University with a dual degree in Education. After several years as a teacher, Allie dove into real estate and joined TransactionAlly in 2021. She enjoys assisting with behind the scenes tasks to make transactions seamless for everyone involved. Allie is committed to making her agents' lives as easy as possible and their clients experiences positive every step to settlement.  

Katy has over eight years experience in NJ and PA real estate. After earning a Bachelor's Degree from West Chester University and a Master's from Southern New Hampshire University, Katy began working in corporate America, where she quickly realized she needed to pursue her passion in real estate. In 2016, she started working for a top NJ brokerage and supported hundreds of agents launching their real estate careers. In 2021 she joined TransactionAlly. Katy’s passion for helping others and her knowledge in real estate, allows her to support her agents with the details, so they can focus on the selling. 

Katherine’s passion for real estate stems from over a decade of working in the industry both with clients and behind the scenes. Katherine joined TransactionAlly in 2022 after deciding to take a step back to spend more time with her family. Since then she has helped agents navigate complex real estate transactions and become an invaluable member of their team. Her experience and knowledge in the real estate industry shines through with her calm

but strategic approach to dealing with difficult transactions.

Being a mother of two, Ashlie wanted to find a career with flexibility. That’s when she decided to pursue real estate. Shortly into it she realized that sales was not the right fit for her, but she thoroughly enjoyed seeing the transactions from start to finish. She joined TransactionAlly in 2022 and has been an invaluable member of the team since. With a history in administration, it was a perfect fit for her! She loves working with different realtors and figuring out their "style", to help them grow their businesses. With every deal being so different, she loves that it is a non-stop learning position.

Paige, a passionate real estate professional first dipped her toes into the industry alongside her mother, a dedicated agent in South Jersey. After initially pursuing a career in teaching, Paige recognized her true calling and joined TransactionAlly as a Transaction Coordinator in 2024. Since then, she has been a powerhouse, expertly managing multiple transactions across three states. Her exceptional organization and keen attention to detail, honed during her teaching career, have proven invaluable in her role as a TC.

Before transitioning to her role as a Transaction Coordinator, Jess spent six years as a successful sales associate, focusing on VA buyers. Although she appreciated her time as an Agent, she recognized that her skills could be applied in a different capacity that would also enable her to be more present for her four children. Her deep understanding of the intricacies involved in real estate transactions has been crucial to her success as a TC. She leverages these skills to anticipate potential challenges in a transaction and guides them toward a successful closure.
