From inspection contingency period to mortgage commitment due date, we check in with relevant parties to ensure the transaction is running smoothly. If delays are anticipated we ensure you are in the know and assist you with notifying parties.

3. Drafting

We know that showing houses and lead generating can take up so much of your day, so whether you need commission statements for title companies or contract addenda, we draft these using your preferred templates, for your approval. Worry less about about when you'll have the time to do these and send them our way!

4. Follow up

Our streamlined system guarantees that we check in regularly for updates from co-ops, title agents & lenders, so that you can update your client on the progress of the transaction. We communicate with co-op agents for contact information, utilities & addenda, so that you do not have to worry!

5. Compliance

In order to fully immerse yourself in growing your business, we understand that contract-to-close paperwork needs to be taken off your plate! We diligently save all documents pertaining to the transaction and ensure your file is compliant with your office, so you can be paid quickly!
