Ellie Orr
Owner & Transaction Coordinator
Born and raised in London, UK and having graduated from the University of Manchester, Ellie started her real estate career at 21 as a paralegal in a real estate law firm. She moved to NJ in 2017 and obtained her real estate license where she practiced sales alongside real estate administration at a top brokerage in South Jersey. It was here that she realized what she truly loved doing – working in the background with agents, clients and vendors on the transactions!
After the birth of her son, Ellie started her company so that she could continue doing what she loved in real estate and also be present as a Mom. Within 4 months she had helped close over 100 transactions and continued to grow.
Ellie’s vision is to be the trusted team member her agents can rely on, so that they can focus on being present with clients and grow their real estate businesses.
Allie Perone
Transaction Coordinator
Born and raised in South Jersey, Allie has always been interested in real estate. She graduated from West Chester University with a dual degree in Education. After several years in the education field, Allie found that it was time for a change that better suited her family and real estate was the perfect fit!
Allie joined Transaction Ally because she wanted to help agents increase their potential by allowing them more time to focus on their clients and grow their business without worrying about all the other “stuff”. She enjoys assisting with behind the scenes tasks to make transactions seamless for everyone involved. Allie is committed to making her agents' lives as easy as possible and their clients experiences positive every step to settlement.
Katy Kane
Transaction Coordinator
Born and raised in South Jersey, Katy has over four years of experience in NJ and PA real estate. After earning a Bachelor's Degree from West Chester University and Master's Degree from Southern New Hampshire University, Katy began working in corporate America. She quickly realized that she needed a change and decided to pursue her passion in real estate.
In 2016, she started working for one of the top NJ brokerages and supported hundreds of agents launching their real estate careers. She then became a licensed NJ & PA real estate agent for the next three years.
After the birth of her first son, she wanted to be more present for her family while still doing what she loved and joined the Transaction Ally team in 2021. Katy’s passion for helping others and knowledge in real estate allows her to support her agents with the details, so they can focus on the selling.
